Dr. Shaun L. Ward is a service-minded change agent focused on the people side of change by encouraging people to work together representing different cultures, backgrounds, and experiences.

 

Dr. Ward earned his Doctoral degree of Management in Organizational Leadership.  He is an author of numerous academic and industry articles and has spoken at national and international conferences, educational institutions and research symposiums.

 

His services have been engaged by the National Institute of Justice, the FBI National Academy, The National Police Foundation, CrossFit LLC, and more.

As COO of SLW Group, Ms. Gellar-Smith provides seamless oversight of
all organizational operations, implementing the same proprietary
strategies SLW Group offers our clients to assure our organization
runs efficiently while promoting staff development.

Ms. Gellar-Smith uses her background in program management, strategic
planning, leadership, administration and communication to drive our
organization to new levels. With skills in learning development &
design, she is able act as the connection between strategic
goal-setting and the development of tailored interventions and
educational products for clientele.

Whether mentoring employees on career path, executing steps to reach
set goals, or promoting positive change, Ms. Gellar-Smith focuses on
relationships and positive interactions to assure SLW Group implements
every method we promote.

Kelcie Grenier, MA brings nearly a decade of research and consulting experience to SLW Group. Kelcie's skills and expertise have been engaged by international leadership consulting firms, non-profit organizations, and organizations in the public sector.

 

Kelcie has published her work in leading academic journals as well as in undergraduate business education textbooks.She has presented her research and proposed novel ways of studying DEI at conferences in the United States and abroad.

 

Kelcie also has experience designing and teaching undergraduate courses in industrial/organizational psychology, diversity, research methods, and statistics.
